Welcome to TechBuddy Store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products and Availability

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Product colours or appearances may vary slightly due to screen settings. Products are subject to availability.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance. For COD orders, a small advance payment may be required to confirm the order. Any required advance amount and payment instructions will be communicated before confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery charges are Rs. 249, with free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,999. Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days after order confirmation, although delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Change-of-mind returns may require the customer to cover return shipping costs. Approved refunds are processed according to our published Return & Refund Policy.

6. Warranty

A 3-month replacement warranty applies only to products specifically identified as eligible. Warranty conditions and exclusions may apply. Please contact us for confirmation of warranty coverage for a particular product.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details and for reviewing order information before confirming a purchase. Please contact us promptly if any information needs correction.

8. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, TechBuddy Store is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
